What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural way of working with the subconscious mind to encourage positive change. It’s not about being ‘put under’ or losing control – far from it.

Using guided relaxation and focused attention, we create space for your mind to quieten, helping you get to the root of the issue and begin to shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. It’s a collaborative process – one where you’re supported every step of the way.
